Eligibility & Entry: The Deadbeat Customs Gift Card Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States, including the state of Massachusetts, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Deadbeat Customs and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
Entry: To enter, place an order (over $30) on the Deadbeat Customs website at www.deadbeatcustoms.com during the Entry Period, and each valid order placed will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one entry per customer. No purchase is necessary to enter; to enter without making a purchase, please call Deadbeat Customs at (978) 710 4913 during the Entry Period, providing your name, address, email address, and phone number to complete your entry.
Winner Selection & Prize: The winner will be selected using a random number generator from all eligible entries, and the winner's order number will be announced on Deadbeat Customs' official Instagram account (@DeadbeatCustoms) after the drawing. The prize consists of one Deadbeat Customs gift card with a total value of $300. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Winner Notification & General Conditions: The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 1 day of the drawing and must respond within 3 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. Deadbeat Customs reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Terms and Conditions and to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Deadbeat Customs, which are final and binding.
Privacy & Questions: Deadbeat Customs will collect and use personal information for the purpose of conducting the Sweepstakes and may share this information with third parties for prize fulfillment and verification. By participating in the Deadbeat Customs Saddlebags Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Terms and Conditions. Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Deadbeat Customs Gift Card Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge and agree that Deadbeat Customs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages, claims, or injuries of any kind resulting from or related to their participation in the Sweepstakes, the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, or any technical malfunctions or errors that may affect the Sweepstakes. Entrants further acknowledge and agree that Deadbeat Customs is not responsible for any unauthorized third-party access to entrants' personal information. Participants hereby release and discharge Deadbeat Customs from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes.
Dispute Resolution: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before a court located in the state of Massachusetts, United States, which shall have sole jurisdiction over such disputes, claims, or causes of action.
