This is a secondary high pressure control system that utilizes precision-load rated wave springs, permitting spike over pressure to bypass, protecting the deflective disc's precision valve opening limits. Its innovative through-shaft design is the first of its kind in front fork application, unlike other systems that drop spring or nitrogen. The through shaft eliminates the rod pressure in-and-out issues and the piston rod is always in the fluid. The compression and rebound flow rate is overseen through a high-flow damper piston and a deflective disc set.

NOTE: Plus 2" installation requires the purchase of 2" longer than stock 39mm fork tubes; required tube length 26.25". OEM #45361-90 (PART #s DS-221472, 0404-0065, 0404-0325 or 0404-0335, sold separately).
