The Retreat Lives On! We're excited to announce our ninth annual Deadbeat Retreat from August 25-27 for a weekend of motorcycles, music and more! The iconic Four Bridges Bluegrass will be performing again this year, so get ready for a rockin' good time!
The ninth annual Deadbeat Retreat is going down August 25-27 at the Blackthorne Resort (Home of the Catskill Mtn Thunder Motorcycle Festival). Located at 348 Sunside Rd, East Durham, NY 12423!
We invite all bikers and enthusiasts to join us for a "Back to Basics" event unlike any other. We're talking three full days of riding, camping and partying!

Ticket Info, Campground Map & More
One camping ticket is valid for one person. This will get you a camping spot for the weekend. Anticipate camping next to and with other Retreaters. Spaces go on a first come first serve basis, but since we'll have the whole campground for the weekend, you'll have plenty of options!
Blackthorne Resort also has hotel rooms and cabins available at an additional cost. If you would like to book a room please contact their office directly (518) 634-2541. Also if you're bringing an RV Camper a hookup for that is an additional fee as well.

Friday, August 25th
Ride on up to the Blackthorne Resort, registration is required at the main office. Check in starts at 9AM - 348 Sunside Rd, East Durham NY 12423.
This campground is situated within the Catskill Mtn's and has some great riding! Be sure to checkout the band Friday night at the main bar!
Saturday, August 26th

GET OUT AND RIDE!
We also got a group ride meeting at the main field at 10AM. Our friend Bradley Richard Field (@harley_wheeliekid) will be hosting the Kickstands Up Group Ride—and you're invited!
Want to take it easy? Take a dip in the pool or hang out on the grounds and get in on some of the bike games action.
Saturday, August 26th
(Afternoon/Evening)
This year, we're gonna be having the All Bike - Bike Show!
We're asking ALL riders to ride on over to the main field on their motorcycles to show their bike. Be sure to say hi to our friends from the Lowlife Chopper Podcast (@lowlifechopperpodcast) and Chicken Rick (@chicken_fried_choppers). They'll be recording LIVE for their podcast!
At 7:30, we'll name the winner and reward them $300. Then it'll be time for free swag throwout, followed by a performance from Four Bridges Bluegrass Band! There will also be a band at the main bar!

FAQ
- Is the event all ages: No, this event is 21+.
- Will alcohol be available for purchase at the event? Yes, several bars are located within the venue. Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted within the bar or pool areas.
- Where are the camping spots: There are camping spots throughout the property. When you get there Blackthorne Resort staff will take you around to pick the spot you want.
- Are tickets refundable: Due to the recent change of venue if you pre purchased tickets and can't make the new venue please contact us for a refund.
- Rain or Shine: If it rains pack a honcho, we're still going to party. If it's sunny bring sun screen.
- What type of motorcycle is allowed: All motorcycles are allowed at the Retreat. While we prefer home builts and v-twins, anyone can come...just come with a good attitude and have fun!
- Can I have a campfire: Sure! We'l also have a main bonfire right after the band on Saturday.
Due to the change of venue Mini Bikes, Dirtbikes, and ATV's will not be allowed. If you bring one you will be refused entry at the gate.

Nobody wants to have to clean up after you, be respectful of the grounds, Blackthorne Resort Staff, and everyone elses property while you are there. If you see something out of line say something.
