DEI's new Heat Shield Liner Kits insulate outer heat shields without disturbing the looks of the bike. Each piece is CNC precision-cut to fit between the exhaust pipe and the heat shield, blocking heat transfer and lowering surface temperatures of the outer shields. Easy to install with no permanent modifications required, the Heat Shield Liners offer dual-layer construction of aluminum and feature DEI's proprietary Dura 2000™ insulating material, providing a more than 60% reduction in heat. Available for stock and some popular aftermarket head pipes. Made in the USA.
