Returns Made Easy

A 10 percent restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or faulty item. Items eligible for return must be new and unworn and initiated within 30 days of purchase.

To start a return, log into your account, find the order you want to return, and click Return. You will receive all instructions from there.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless we made a mistake such as sending the wrong or defective item. In that case, we will cover return shipping.

Please ensure returned items are packaged securely. We cannot accept items damaged due to improper packaging. Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

Exceptions and Conditions

• We cannot accept returns on used or opened items. Items showing signs of use or installation may be returned at the buyer’s expense or may incur a 50 percent restocking fee at Deadbeat Customs’ discretion.
• Made to order items such as Bung King and Original Garage crash bars and risers are non returnable unless found to be defective from manufacturing.
• Motogadget items are non returnable once opened.

Exchanges

Exchanges are valid for the same product in a different size only.

If you purchased an item that did not fit and need a different size, we have you covered.

Please follow the return steps above, mark the return reason as Exchange, and send the item back to us. Include a note in the package specifying the size you need.

We do not exchange one item for a different item. If you need to change to a different product, you must open a return for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
