Thunderheader - Black X-Series Exhaust High Pipe w/Heat Shields fits '18-'25 Softail Breakout & Fat Boy Models
The X-SERIES™ High Pipe Exhaust is Thunderheader’s newest performance line, designed to deliver maximum horsepower for Harley-Davidson Milwaukee-Eight™ engines. Featuring a 2" head pipe, equal-length tubes, and a larger collector, this exhaust system is engineered to improve exhaust flow and overall performance. The high-pipe configuration provides increased ground clearance, making it ideal for riders who need additional clearance.
This system includes full-coverage heat shields and is equipped with both 18mm and 12mm O2 sensor ports for proper sensor compatibility. The kit includes all heat shields, clamps, and required installation hardware, and uses the stock mounting bracket. Screamin’ Eagle Flat Gaskets are required for proper installation (Harley-Davidson Part #17048-98).

- Fits 2018-2025 Softail Breakout & Fat Boy only
- For 2025 model, you MUST change out the stock air cleaner in order for this exhaust to fit
