V-Twin - 19-0179 - York Softail Rear Chain Drive Kit

Description

Conversion kit includes everything needed to convert the belt drive system to heavy duty 530 chain drive. Stock ratio is supplied with a 24 tooth front sprocket and a 51 tooth rear sprocket.
This kit is for a stock size rear tire. Chain will have to be cut to length, breaker and master link included. *NOTE: Use existing pulley spacer behind the transmission 22 tooth sprocket. *NOTE: 530 120 link heavy duty york chain included, with chain breaker so installer can cut to chain to desired length for each application. When using a 21 tooth front sprocket: 48 tooth rear sprocket = 4% deeper (faster acceleration), 49 tooth rear sprocket = 6.5% deeper and 51 tooth rear sprocket = 10.5$ deeper. When using a 22 tooth front sprocket: 48 tooth rear sprocket = 2.5" overdrive (more top speed), 48 tooth rear sprocket - stock belt drive ratio, 49 tooth rear sprocket = 4% deeper (faster acceleration) and 51 tooth rear sprocket = 6% deeper.
