Zipper’s makes it easy to convert your M8 Softail from belt to chain with this all-in-one performance kit built for strength, durability, and street-ready torque. Whether you're upgrading for aggressive riding or just want the reliability of chain drive, this kit delivers.
It includes a Gold RK Pro O-Ring chain made for long-lasting street use, along with a 24-tooth front sprocket, a 51-tooth gloss black powdercoated dished rear sprocket with spacer, and ARP-grade sprocket hardware to keep everything locked in tight. Photo is for reference only.
Sprockets:
Rear Sprocket (Zipper’s 51T – Dished)
- Made from 1/4" thick hardened steel
- Dished profile to match M8 Softail alignment
- Gloss black powdercoated finish for added protection and clean aesthetics
Front Sprocket (PBI 24T)
- CNC-machined from 8620 nickel chromoly steel
- Case-hardened and electroless nickel plated for corrosion resistance and wear protection

Final Drive Ratio:
- Stock M8 Softail ratio (32T front / 66T rear pulley): 2.06:1
- This chain kit (24T front / 51T rear): 2.12:1
