Not a fan of the floppy side mount license plate on your new 2018 and up Harley Davidson Fat bob? This is our License Plate Relocation Kit to move your license to the center rear of the bike for a cleaner look. Also by moving the plate to the rear it extends the coverage of the fender so the times you get caught in the rain or on a dirty road you don't end up getting pummeled in the back from the factory short fender that came on these models. The kit is a bolt in with no cutting or welding needed. The center of the plate provides a mount to reuse the factory license plate light to keep the local authorities happy and no need for an aftermarket lighted license plate frame. For a complete kit you will just need to get the longer turn signal standoff used on the pipe side to install on the primary side once the lic plate hanger is removed.

License plate...
The Bung King license plate holder looks great and is built extremely well. However for all of you who are considering installing this holder on a 2020 Fat Bob you are going to have some surprises. You will have to file open the holes where the fender bolts go, you will have to rewire the turn and stop signals, rewire the license plate light, take the rear red reflector of to remount the license plate light, have a heavy bolt cutter handy, buy an extension for your tail light so each side is even and then solder and shrink wrap all of the new wiring. Reason being is that the connectors don't fit through the holes on the fender braces. So other than the time it took to install, great product. Allow at least three to four hours to complete assuming you have all of the parts necessary.

It looks great the fitment was a little finicky but with a little persuasion I was able to get it on there. Definitely more involved than I originally thought. Make sure you buy new turn signal standoffs from Harley or you can grind down the license plate bracket like I did and repaint it to patch.

Awesome product! Easy installation and works great even if you have docking hardware. Only downside is it doesn't come with instructions or video link reference. But the install was so easy it isn't exactly necessary but for that fresh new rider or someone who isn't mechanically inclined it would help out. Also if the product could add a special tool for de-pinning your electrical. Just a couple improves that wouldn't affect the product quality but could be very useful. Thank you for the kit!

Looks and fits great.
Was a simple installation. Heavy duty. Not a cheap flimsy product. Recommend you take your time and not rush it to avoid scratching fender paint. Fit perfectly on my 19' Fat Bob. The factory light install was a breeze and looks great IMHO.
