Harley-Davidson Jet Kits – Carburetor Main Jets, Pilot Jets & Tuning Kits
Harley-Davidson jet kits contain carburetor tuning components used to adjust fuel delivery and support proper carburetor calibration for different engine and intake configurations. The range includes Harley-Davidson carburetor jet kits, main jet kits, pilot and slow jet kits, jet needles, needle clips and complete tuning kits for Keihin CV, S&S, Mikuni, Bendix and other carburetor systems. Harley-Davidson service documentation identifies main jets, slow jets, needle jets and jet needles as service components within carburetor assemblies, while Dynojet tuning instructions show that different main jet sizes can be used as starting points for different engine and intake configurations.
The product selection covers Harley-Davidson main jets, pilot jets, slow jets, adjustable main jets, jet needles and complete carburetor tuning kits. Applications include Mikuni HSR42 and HSR45 jet kits, S&S carburetor jet kits, Keihin CV jet kits, Bendix main jets, Linkert fixed jets, ThunderJet kits, ThunderSlide kits and CV recalibration kits. Mikuni HSR jet kits, for example, include combinations of main jets, pilot jets, needles, needle clips, washers and accelerator-pump components, while individual Mikuni main and pilot jets are available in multiple sizes for tuning requirements.
