Arlen Ness - 210-203 - Carbon Fiber Side Covers - Fits 2025-2026 Harley-Davidson Softail

Arlen Ness Carbon Fiber Side Covers — 2025+ Softail

Fits: 2025-2026 Harley-Davidson Softail. Sold as a pair.

Arlen Ness pre-preg carbon fiber side covers that bolt right on in place of the stock plastic. The shape flows back into the saddlebags so there’s no gap between the cover and the bag — cleaner lines, less wind buffeting. High-gloss, UV-resistant clear coat keeps the weave looking deep and keeps it from yellowing out in the sun. No cutting, no drilling.

Features

• Premium pre-preg 3k carbon fiber — light, strong, consistent weave
• Smooth, flowing design blends into the saddlebags for a clean, custom look
• Flows into the saddlebags, closing the gap between side cover and bag to cut wind turbulence
• Direct bolt-on, no modifications required
• High-gloss, UV-resistant clear coat
• Factory-spec dimensions for OEM-like fitment
• Sold as a pair (left & right)
