Alpinestars was founded in small town in Italy in 1963 by Sante Mazzarolo. The new sport called motocross was being established and Sante took the opportunity to apply his talents to design a type of footwear that met protective and athletic needs. This boot would become a revolution in motocross protection. Development began with the very first boot, using riders feedback to create the best of the best. Roger de Coster was the first to bring Alpinestars their first Motocross Championship, this was just the beginning of Alpinestars run of World championship success. Honored by a number of italian design and product awards in the early years, by the mid-1990's the first technical apparel line was launched and in 1999 the company began developing high performance racing leather suits. In 2004, Alpinestars partnered up with Honda in the Downhill Mountain Bike World Cup and in the same year a new division dedicated to the creation and development of casual sportswear was opened in Los Angeles. Alpinestars produces technical, high performance protective gear for motorcycle and auto racing. Choose from their line of top quality riding gloves and motorcycle jackets here at Deadbeat Customs.
