Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or faulty item. Items eligible for return must be new/unworn and initiated within 30 days of purchase.

To start a return, log into your account, find the order you want to return, and click "Return." You'll get all the instructions you need from there.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless we made a mistake (like sending the wrong or a defective item)—in that case, we’ve got you covered.

Please ensure that returned items are packaged securely, as we cannot accept items damaged due to improper packaging. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Exceptions and Conditions

• We cannot accept returns on used or opened items. Items showing signs of use or installation may either be sent back at the buyer's expense or incur a 50% restocking fee, at Deadbeat Customs' discretion.
• Made-to-Order items, such as Bung King & Original Garage Crash Bars & Risers, are non-returnable unless found to be defective from manufacturing.
• Motogadget items are non-returnable once opened.

Exchanges are valid for purchased product of different size only!

So you bought an item that didn't fit and you need a different size..not a problem we have you covered!

Please follow the above return steps, mark the return reason as 'Exchange' and send the item back to us. Include a note in the package with what size you need to exchange for.

We will not exchange one item for another item. If you need to make a change from one item to another you will need to open a return for a refund and then place a new order for the correct item that you need.
