You can return new/unworn items only, for a refund (excluding shipping cost) within 30 days of purchase.

All Returns must be shipped back to our primary location, please do not ship returns back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed at the 'Start Your Return' button below.

Any return that does not include original packaging, shows signs of use...think helmets being worn, dirt, scuffing, parts being installed/ mounted, clothes that smell, have been washed, dog hair etc. will be denied and sent back to you the buyer.

Buyer pays Return Shipping. If you would like a prepaid label sent to your email (valid for Returns for Refund Only) please select that method in the return form and we will email you a Return Label. Return Label cost will be deducted from the refund total. Pre-paid Return labels must be used within 2 weeks or the label will be voided.

Please make sure your returned item is well packaged when sending it back to us. Any item that is damaged due to improper packaging when returning will not be accepted. Refund will be given as money back by the way that you originally paid. If you paid with a debit card, then your debit card will be refunded. If you paid with Paypal, then you will be refunded in Paypal.

Exchanges are valid for purchased product of different size only!

So you bought an item that didn't fit and you need a different size..not a problem we have you covered!

Please click the above 'Start Yor Return Here' button to begin the Exchange process. Inside of the Returns form please state the size you need inside the Notes section. Also include this information in the package when returning the item back to us.

We will not exchange one item for another item. If you need to make a change from one item to another you will need to open a return for a refund and then place a new order for the correct item that you need.

Domestic USA Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping within the continental U.S on all orders over $100 (excludes Alaska & Hawaii), This includes every item whether it's a couple t-shirt's or a frame and a stack of tires, it's FREE over $100.00. Free shipping is subject to USPS First Class, Parcel, Priority, or UPS Ground and is based off of item weight and location of you the customer. Free Shipping is typically sent the cheapest way possible, if you would like your item shipped a certain way or by a certain company please select and pay for that method.

All of our items ship by USPS, Fed Ex or UPS. All of our shipping rates are based off of item weight and package dimensions.

In some cases we will split your order into separate packages, especially if you order a bunch of items from us. We ship from warehouses all around the US so if an item is located in California and so are you, chances are that one item will get sent straight to you from California, and the other parts will ship from separate locations...this is just an example, if this happens you will be notified by email, along with the additional tracking numbers.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Canadian Shipping

We offer FREE Canadian Shipping on all orders over $500 (excludes oversized items). Free Canadian Shipping is subject to the shipping method of our choosing. Any item that is oversized (exhaust, crash bars, some handlebars) will not be included in our Free Shipping deal. Free Shipping to Canada does not include customs duties and fees.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. All of our international shipments either ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or DHL Wordwide depending on item weight or shipping method you chose.

International Shipping Methods:

DHL Worldwide: DHL is the fastest, most secure shipping option with the ability to track shipping from point to point. We recommend DHL as the best shipping option for higher valued items.

USPS First Class International: This is the cheapest shipping method when sending an international package, that also means it is the slowest. First Class can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks, sometimes even longer depending on the destination.

USPS Priority International: These shipments typically take a minimum of 14 business days, we have seen them take much longer depending on your countries customs and shipping carriers. This shipping method is better than First Class but this does not include point to point tracking. Once these shipments leave the US they are not scanned anymore and won't be track-able until they clear customs in your country.

  • Import duties, taxes or fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.We will not mark International Shipments as a "gift" or with altered prices.
  • All International Shipments can take 1-5 business days for processing, as all international shipments/ items will need to be shipped from our primary location.
