TC Bros Belt-to-Chain Conversion Kit — 2000-2005 Dyna

Fits: 2000-2005 Harley-Davidson Dyna with stock wheels, swingarm and frame.

Harley belts are quiet and low-maintenance, but they hate shock loads, lock you into stock wheelbase and ride height, and are a pain to replace. A 530 chain doesn't care. This TC Bros kit swaps the pulleys for a USA-made heat-treated steel 24-tooth front sprocket and a 51-tooth steel rear — basically stock final drive ratio — with a stainless mechanical sprocket lock. Built for stock bikes; stretched swingarms or modified frames may need machining for chain alignment.
