New TC Bros Brake Rotors for Baggers and Pan America, Plus the Full Lineup

Most stock Harley rotors are heavy, plain and stamped out of sheet. They stop the bike, but that’s about all you can say for them. TC Bros builds rotors that look the part, run cooler and shave weight off the wheel, and we just got six new ones in for 2014-up Baggers, CVOs and the Pan America.

So here’s the full TC Bros rotor lineup we carry, sorted by bike, so you can find the one that bolts on to yours.

What You Get With a TC Bros Rotor

Every rotor in the lineup starts with a premium high-carbon, heat-treated 420 stainless friction ring. It’s laser cut instead of stamped, which cuts down on the residual stress that makes cheap rotors warp, then precision ground so the pads bite evenly.

The floating versions ride on a CNC-machined, anodized billet aluminum carrier with stainless riveted buttons and stainless disc spring washers. No c-clips. The ring floats like it should and doesn’t rattle. Less heat goes into the carrier and wheel, and you’re spinning less weight than stock.

You’ll see two styles. Profile rotors have the wave-cut outer edge that drops a little more weight and heat and looks a whole lot meaner. The standard rotors keep a round, drilled ring for a cleaner look. Same materials, same build either way.

2014–2023 Touring

Three ways to go on a 2014-2023 Bagger. If you just want a better-looking, lighter rotor at the stock size, the Profile 11.8" is a straight bolt-on for bikes with the one-piece, 5-bolt rotor on mag wheels. It also covers the 2024-up Road King Special, FLHP, FLHTP and Tri Glide Ultra.

If you want more stopping power, go up to 12.6" (320mm). The oversized rotors step the stock 11.8" up to 12.6" for a bigger lever arm and more swept area. Pick the Profile cut or the standard round ring. Both need the TC Bros oversized caliper adapter kit, which is sold separately. Hit us up and we’ll get the right one in with your rotor.

2024-Up Touring, CVO and Pan America

Harley went to a 12.6" (320mm) front rotor on the 2023 CVOs, borrowed from the Pan America, then spread it across more of the Touring line in 2024. TC Bros now makes Profile rotors for both versions of that setup, same diameter as stock and bolt-on with your factory hardware.

On mag wheels, where the rotor is a one-piece unit, grab the Profile 12.6" front. On wire spoke wheels, it’s the Profile 12.6" floating front with the 5 x 3.25" bolt pattern. Pan America owners can finish the job with the matching Profile rear, which fits mag or spoke wheels.

1984–2023 Big Twins and Sportsters: 11.5" Center Hub Mount

For everything running the 11.5" center hub mount rotor, TC Bros makes full-floating fronts and rears in both Profile and standard. The fronts fit most 1984-2013 Harleys, including 2000-2005 Dyna, 2000-2013 Sportster and 2000-2007 Touring. The rears cover most 1984-2023 models, including 2000-2017 Dyna, 2000-2007 Sportster, 2000-2007 Touring and 2018-2023 M8 Softail.

That’s a lot of years, and Harley changed wheels plenty along the way, so double-check your hub before you order. If you’re not sure, send us your year, model and wheel and we’ll confirm it.

2022-Up Nightster

The Nightster got its own Profile floater out back. It’s a 10.25" Profile floating rear rotor that bolts right on and fills in a lot of that empty-looking rear wheel.

Before You Install

Put new pads in with any new rotor. TC Bros recommends semi-sintered or full-sintered pads with their discs. Wash the rotor with soap and water and dry it before it goes on so the packing oil doesn’t end up in your pads. Then bed everything in with a few moderate stops before you go riding hard.
