Rubber well nuts: drop one in a hole you can’t get behind, run in a #6-32 screw and the rubber swells up and grabs. Standard hardware for fairing and windshield mounting, and handy anywhere on a custom build where you want a panel screwed on without welding a bung. Ten to the bag — you’ll lose a couple.
