Harley-Davidson air cleaner kits provide complete intake solutions for carbureted and fuel-injected motorcycles, covering stock replacement, high-flow and performance applications. Harley-Davidson Air Cleaner Kits – High-Flow, Performance & Replacement Intake Systems
Harley-Davidson air cleaner kits manage the air entering the motorcycle's carburetor or electronic fuel injection system while combining the filter element, backing plate, breather hardware, cover and related mounting components into a matched intake assembly. This category includes Harley-Davidson high-flow air cleaner kits, Stage 1 and Stage 2 systems, complete performance air cleaners, replacement filter kits and model-specific intake assemblies from manufacturers such as Arlen Ness, S&S Cycle, Vance & Hines, Feuling, Cobra, K&N, V-Twin, Trask, Kodlin and Performance Machine. Harley-Davidson service documentation shows that air cleaner assemblies can include a backplate, gasket, breather components, mounting hardware, filter element, cover and rain sock depending on the kit.
The product range covers different intake styles and configurations, including Harley-Davidson high-flow air filters, Big Sucker systems, Heavy Breather-style designs, teardrop and oval air cleaners, velocity stacks, backing plates, breather kits, air cleaner covers, support brackets, adapters and replacement hardware.
