Rider Spotlight: Dylan Spaeth – East Coast Built & Stunt Ready

Dylan Spaeth, a rider from the East Coast, has transformed his 2001 Dyna Low Rider into a precision-built stunt machine. What began as a clean stock platform has evolved into a dialed-in setup built for control, strength, and real-world abuse—both in the lot and on the street.

Dylan handled most of the build himself, while the crew at R&R Cycles took care of the engine machining—including the bore and head work. “Huge thanks to them,” Dylan says.

“I’m heading into my sixth season of stunt riding in 2025, and the journey’s been nothing short of insane. What got me into it was figuring out how to control a big twin in ways most riders never attempt. Now it’s more than just a hobby—it’s a part of how I live. Every year I push harder, refine the bike more, and stay focused on progressing. This type of riding takes more than just throwing it around—it takes time, real effort, and being committed to mastering every move.”

Paint By Afterhours Paint Works

Afterhours Paint Works, a Derry, New Hampshire-based company, did the painting. With a sleek, durable appearance that withstands riding and stunt punishment, they really hit the mark.

The rear fender was strengthened and chopped to increase its durability and suitability for stunting. It's a minor but necessary improvement to handle the amount of damage this bike experiences.

Dylan’s Dyna is a solid example of what you get when skill, focus, and time in the garage come together. Built on the East Coast and pieced together with purpose, it’s more than just a bike—it’s the result of putting in the work and knowing exactly what you want out of your machine.
