Franck Scapecchi's Low Rider S 117 Lucifer
From the sun-drenched roads of Nice, France, comes one of the cleanest Club Style Low Rider S builds we've seen in a minute. Meet Franck Scapecchi — a 55-year-old rider, and the proud owner of "Lucifer," a 2023 Harley-Davidson Low Rider S transformed with style, performance, and a whole lot of vision.
After ten years of riding a Fat Boy Special and a Street Glide, Franck set out to build a bike that was 100% his — no compromises. The project kicked off the same time his friend Filou launched Eleven-Motors.com, a France-based importer of Club Style parts from heavy hitters like O.G, Crossthread, Öhlins, and Brembo. From there, things escalated quickly.
