Description
Check out this very simple way to black out the top of your Harley Davidson Dyna fork tubes (between the triple trees only).
- Four sheets of pre-cut, high grade gloss black vinyl (2 extra pieces incase you mess up).
- Purchase 49MM Fork Boots to completely black out your front end as shown.
Make sure your fork tubes are completely clean before applying vinyl to prevent any bubbling.

not bad gives it a good look. Not to hard to get on but didn't cover my fork all the way have about a 1/4 gap that still shows the chrome. But hey for $10 bucks and a little work it still does the job. If you starve for perfection then save up and buy new fork tubes

Not sure that I would buy these again. The vinyl is bubbling up on my tubes and whether I use a credit card or a thick piece of cardboard to straighten and flatten the vinyl to lay down on the tubes it’s extremely difficult. Now granted I’m not the most patient person however I kept a cool and calm behavior the entire time trying to incorporate this “blacked out” look I was going for and eventually I had to throw in the towel after entering into the 2nd hour and destroying 1 of 4 wraps. Luckily Deadbeat did provide 4 pre-cut vinyl wraps - most likely for people like me.
