Great shocks, great factory customer service!
I received the replacement shocks from the factory a week ago. after riding one up and two up, making adjustments for a week I can say I LOVE these shocks. What a vast improvement over the stock shocks and the Hagon shocks I replaced. The factory sent out replacement shocks after I originally ordered them from an ebay seller. They didn't work. The ebay seller suggested I contact the factory which I did. They confirmed that their factory made the shocks in 2016 although It's now 2020. They said there was a valving upgrade and they'd take care of me. They sent a new set of shocks, no charge, Great shocks, great factory customer service!
