I few weeks back ordered some fork covers from Deadbeat Customs they showed up right on time. I started to open the package and found a big fat scratch on the chrome. Not being much of a complainer I sent a quick image of the scratch. Within minutes they replayed asking for more details and a images of the box. 5mins later I had a tracking number for brand new covers and a return label. I am vary happy about how they handled this.
