Biltwell - Whiskey Throttle Tube 1" - Black
This component allows you to replace the thick, generally uncomfortable stock molded one-piece grips on your Harley-Davidson with soft aftermarket grips. The CNC-machined cable channel has barrel openings for two cables: the pull cable (opens the carb) and the push cable (closes the carb if/when the carb spring does not .

Great purpose but...
When installed on an ‘06 Dyna. The tube jams in the throttle housing and stays stuck at wide open throttle. Guess that’s where it gets it’s name.

I had some trouble installing it, the tolerance was so tight but that had to do with the build up of chrome playing on the bars I installed it on. I had to file off the end of the bar to get it to go onto the bars. But it works as it should I guess. It’s not as free turning as I would like it to be for as much money as it is. I’m happy with how well it holds onto the biltwell grips I installed though.

Great grips and of course classic vans style. Seem to absorb vibration better too

Throttle...
I personally change my grips like a hipsters hair color... this makes it easy for me to just cut the old off and slide the new on! Brilliant and super smooth!

A must have! No more sticky throttle from weak or warped plastic or cracked plastic throttle tubes!
