Returns

Returns are simple at Deadbeat Customs:


  • You can return new/unworn items only, for a refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of purchase.
  • All Returns must be shipped back to our primary location, please do not ship returns back to the manufacturer.
  • Any return that does not include original packaging, shows signs of use...think helmets being worn, dirt, scuffing, parts being installed/ mounted, clothes that smell, have been washed, dog hair etc. will not be accepted.
  • Buyer pays Return Shipping. If you would like a prepaid label sent to your email (valid for Returns for Refund Only) please select that method in the return form and we will email you a Return Label. Return Label cost will be deducted from the refund total. Pre-paid Return labels must be used within 2 weeks or the label will be voided.

Please make sure your returned item is well packaged when sending it back to us. Any item that is damaged due to improper packaging when returning will not be accepted. Refund will be given as money back by the way that you originally paid. If you paid with a debit card, then your debit card will be refunded. If you paid with Paypal, then you will be refunded in Paypal.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange the item you ordered please open a return request at the link above and fill out the form. Please make sure you mark the item as an Exchange within the form and specify what size you are exchanging for.

Exchanges are good for sizing only, we will not exchange one item for another item that was not on your original order.

Please note all Apparel items are limited, if we run out of stock before your exchange is received you'll be refunded for the item.
