Spotlight: Marcus Tomaselli's Dyna Superglide Custom
Marcus Tomaselli is a 38-year-old motorcycle enthusiast who hails from São Paulo, Brazil. Inheriting his lifelong passion for bikes from his father, Tomaselli—while no professional customizer himself—loves to put his own personal touch on Harley-Davidsons.
Today, we will be taking an inside look at Marcus' 2008 Dyna Superglide Custom.

"I bought it from a friend, and I started customizing it little by little, bringing in my personality," Marcus explains. "Now, we are on Stage Two with 45,000 kilometers driven."

The Dyna's aftermarket parts deliver stellar performances and smashing aesthetics. The air filter, headlight, taillight and turn signals are by Lowbrow Customs, and the throttle is by Prism Supply Co. The bike features footpegs by Biltwell and a cam by Andrews, plus an Inox 2x2 exhaust by MichiganCustom and handcrafted handlebars by Leandro of LSLCustom.
"That brings 96HP of pure pleasure, doing the time of seven seconds in a 1/8 mile DragRace!" Marcus exclaims.

Marcus tells us his undoubtedly favorite part of the build process was the CrazyFrank fender, describing it as the most crucial yet difficult step. The fender was built by Thiago of THCCustomShape. Thiago made everything from scratch, then Marcus and his crew cut the frame. It was a process that took six months to finish, but the results were absolutely worth the wait.

"The painting is done by an artist and friend here from the interior of São Paulo called Erick Pinaffi, who is very good in several styles," Marcus expresses. "But my favorite of his are the flames, super symmetrical with an impeccable finish. Glossy black background, red flames, with a copper leaf finish."
Marcus would like to thank the people who helped make his dream Dyna a reality. The team at ForeverSixWheels for providing sound advice, GumpsGarage for delivering top performance and maintenance and his family, father and friends for helping out during the process.
